Our Heart.

I Will Flourish was birthed out of our own personal journey of healing. As women who have struggled with depression & anxiety we know how easy it is to lose sight of God in the midst of challenging days. Many days feel like you aren’t going to make it. Often times you can’t even catch your breath. Hopelessness becomes a companion as you sink deeper and deeper into the pit of despair. But sister, we are here to tell you that you were not meant to live in hopelessness!

We believe the Word of God is powerful- it has the ability to meet us right where we are and remind us of Who We Are – loved, seen, held and valued. While we understand that depression and anxiety are often physical, we believe the Lord has given us tools to center ourselves on truth and help us flourish in each and every season, including seasons of hardship. Our heart is to see women flourish in their full identity in Christ — as daughters, sisters, friends, mothers, wives, and every other facet of their life and purpose.

How we provide support.

We all go through hard times that knock us off our feet. We want to be there to help ladies catch their breath and stand back up again. Through our personal journeys, God has given us tools to fix our thoughts on truth and to help us find victory in the midst of trying times. I Will Flourish exists to share those tools with others, and to nurture those who are struggling to catch their breath.
